Job Summary
Join Global Partners as a Guest Service Associate, where you will enhance guest experiences and ensure smooth store operations. Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining store cleanliness, operating the cash register, managing inventory, and communicating with management about requests and vendor concerns. This role requires flexibility in work hours, reliability in transportation, and the ability to perform physical tasks as needed. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to count, read and write accurately
- Must be available to work flexible hours including day, night, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
