Job Summary
Our Guest Service Associate will be responsible for driving top-notch guest experience while completing all store-level tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, facilitating enjoyable shopping experiences, adhering to safety and store policies, operating the point of sale, maintaining cash and product levels, and performing store housekeeping functions. The role requires flexibility in work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with an emphasis on customer service, communication, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to count, read and write accurately
