Job Summary
Guest Service Associate will drive an exceptional guest experience by greeting customers and ensuring an enjoyable shopping atmosphere. Responsibilities include operating the point of sale, maintaining cash and inventory levels, conducting store housekeeping, replenishing supplies, and communicating with management regarding guest requests. Ideal candidates should be adaptable to flexible hours, capable of performing basic computer tasks, and able to manage physical demands of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Ability to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch
- Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to accurately count, read, and write for paperwork completion
