Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience and completing store-level tasks. Responsibilities include greeting guests, operating point of sale systems, maintaining cash and inventory levels, performing store housekeeping functions, and communicating with management regarding guest requests. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, possess basic computer skills, and have reliable transportation. The role requires physical abilities to access various store areas and perform necessary tasks in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to count, read and write accurately
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Experience in customer service
