Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate/Cashier is responsible for providing an enjoyable shopping experience and ensuring adherence to safety, security, and operational policies. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, managing the point of sale, maintaining store cleanliness, replenishing products, handling inventory, and managing vendor check-ins. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform various physical tasks. Training support for new hires is also part of the job.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
- Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
