Job Summary
As a Guest Service Associate/Cashier, you will be crucial in providing an exceptional shopping experience by greeting guests and ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures. Responsibilities include operating the point of sale system, maintaining store cleanliness, replenishing products, and managing vendor check-ins. You will also assist in onboarding new employees, conduct inventory, and complete other tasks as assigned by management. Applicants must demonstrate strong customer service skills, flexibility in scheduling, and meet physical requirements for the role.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to count, read and write accurately
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
