Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate will greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience, adhere to safety and store operation policies, operate the point of sale, manage cash and inventory levels, and complete store housekeeping tasks. The role requires flexibility with working hours, reliable transportation, and the ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and access to various store areas. Responsibilities also include supporting the onboarding and training of new hires. Competitive salary and growth opportunities are available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outside, cooler, etc.)
