Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate/Cashier is responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences, managing store-level tasks, and ensuring adherence to store policies. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, operating the point of sale, maintaining proper cash levels, completing housekeeping duties, replenishing inventory, and communicating with management regarding guest and vendor needs. The role requires the ability to work flexible hours, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to count, read and write accurately for required paperwork
