Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate will provide an enjoyable shopping experience by greeting guests and facilitating store-level tasks. Responsibilities include adhering to safety and operations policies, operating the point of sale, maintaining cash and inventory levels, completing housekeeping functions, and communicating with management about guest requests. Candidates should possess basic reading, writing, and counting abilities and be able to work in various temperatures. The role requires physical capability for lifting and accessing all areas of the store.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to count, read and write accurately
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area

- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Reliable transportation
