Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate will drive an exceptional guest experience while ensuring store operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining cleanliness, operating the point of sale, managing stock levels, communicating with management, and assisting with inventory and merchandising. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, flexibility in scheduling, and physical capability to perform various tasks. Key skills include basic computer proficiency and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends, and or holidays
- Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork
