Job Summary
Warmly greet every guest, educate them on services and policies, and manage reservations while handling phone inquiries. Process transactions through the POS, maintain a clean lobby, and support opening and closing procedures to keep the front desk running smoothly. Consistently meet individual sales goals by communicating benefits of waxing frequency and products, while contributing to center-wide performance targets. Participate in ongoing training and team meetings. Full-time and part-time schedules available with evenings and weekends included.
