Guest Service Associate

Be the face of Ballast Wax at the Mentor, OH location. Greet guests warmly, educate on waxing services and skincare, manage the reservations book, answer phones, process transactions through POS, and contribute to a welcoming front-desk environment. Drive sales and meet or exceed individual and center-wide goals through informing guests about EWC Wax Pass savings, promotions, and waxing-frequency benefits. Support opening/closing procedures, daily administrative tasks, and participate in ongoing training and team meetings. Availability includes evenings and weekends with both full-time and part-time schedules. The role offers an hourly base rate with ongoing commissions/bonuses, a benefits package for full-time, and opportunities for growth within a growing franchisee network.
