Job Summary
Guest Service Associate at Aqua Tots Swim Schools. Provide friendly customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while actively selling swim-program services. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area; engaging with clients to present and upsell swim programs; meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales goals; delivering effective presentations; and building professional relationships with staff and customers. Part-time role with flexible schedules, weekend shifts required (Saturday or Sunday 8:30am-3pm); weekly pay, paid training, bonuses, and opportunities for growth. No seasonal hires.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday or Sunday)
- Ability to effectively sell our swim program to clients
- Customer service
- Ability to build professional relationships with staff and customers
- Self-motivated with ability to meet sales goals
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to generate sales that exceed goals
