Job Summary
Check guests in and out, manage front desk operations, and handle cash transactions using property management systems. Share local knowledge of restaurants, entertainment, and sporting events to create a warm environment. Interact with guests and team members to fulfill requests promptly while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Handle physical tasks including standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and walking. Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Must be a people-person
- Must be able to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to walk, bending/twisting, climbing stairs
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- preferably three to six months of related experience
- excellent knowledge of the local happenings in the restaurants, entertainment, and sporting events
