Job Summary
Deliver warm, efficient check-in and check-out experiences while responding to guest enquiries in person, by phone, and via email. Manage bookings, payments, and reservation changes using the property management system, and anticipate requests to resolve concerns promptly. Liaise with housekeeping to coordinate room readiness and complete administrative duties including shift reconciliation and reporting. Maintain a clean reception and lobby area while upholding hotel policies and WH&S guidelines. This role requires flexibility for a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Located in a heritage-listed building above Brisbane's CBD, you will be the welcoming face for guests at this landmark hotel.
Required Qualifications
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Proficiency with property management systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
