Job Summary
Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests while handling confidential records with integrity. Promptly address guest requests and complaints, answer and route calls, and take messages accurately. Manage cash drawer contents and transactions, maintain accurate registration and reservation records, and assist with sales and marketing efforts. Offer wake-up calls and replenish continental breakfast while keeping the lobby clean. Perform laundry functions as directed and complete all other duties assigned. Required Qualifications
- 0 – 1+ year of customer service experience
- Passionate about hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience
- Ability to handle confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity
- Ability to answer and route calls as appropriate; takes guest messages with accuracy
- High School degree or better
