Job Summary
The Guest Services Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include handling reservations, maintaining a clean front desk area, and collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless operation. Flexible work hours are essential, including the availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds; push and pull 50 pounds
- Adherence to work rules and policies
- Certification from responsible vendor training if alcohol is served
