Job Summary
Provide highest quality guest service during the stay, including greeting and registering guests, assigning rooms, handling reservations, and processing payments using the hotel’s system. Anticipate guest needs, address requests and complaints on first interaction, communicate with housekeeping and other departments, and ensure accurate cash handling and billing at shift end. Maintain knowledge of the frequent-stay club, current promotions, and cancellation/walk policies. Post charges for rooms, F&B, and calls, manage Direct Billed accounts, and assist in food and beverage duties when needed. Deliver personalized service to ensure a safe, secure, and pleasant stay with smooth checkout, while protecting guest privacy and upholding brand standards. Ensure proper key control, uphold safety procedures, and promote repeat business by encouraging future reservations and providing recommendations for related products.
