Guest Service Agent, Part-Time

Check-in and check-out guests, process credit card and cash transactions, and assist with directions to rooms, meetings, or events. Respond to inquiries regarding outlet hours, local attractions, and event locations. Resolve guest complaints by researching solutions, negotiating outcomes, and addressing issues like price conflicts or room temperature problems. Maintain the resort lobby appearance by removing trash and organizing furniture. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
