Job Summary
Guest Service Agent at Hyatt Place Ocean City Oceanfront — provide exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out, assist guests with reservations and inquiries, process payments, and handle guest requests using the PMS system. Greet guests, balance accounts, and support dining service as a private lounge host, while upholding hotel standards of hospitality and professionalism. Schedule may vary and include holidays and weekends; must be able to stand for extended periods and assist with safety procedures and guest satisfaction initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service experience required or equivalent training.
