Job Summary
Front-desk hotel role handling guest check-in/check-out, reservations, payments, and inquiries at Ocean City properties. Responsibilities include greeting and registering guests, verifying payment methods, managing dining/entertainment/transport reservations, balancing and processing bills, answering phones, handling guest requests, safeguarding valuables, and balancing accounts while upholding hospitality standards. Requires ability to multitask, stand for extended periods, and work varied schedules including holidays/weekends; prior customer service experience or training preferred. Required Qualifications
