Job Summary
Guest Service Agent position in Sydney (Novotel Sydney Darling Square) on a part-time or casual basis. Responsible for delivering service excellence from check-in to check-out, handling reservations and guest accounts, answering calls per brand standards, and driving loyalty program enrolments. Requires prior hotel customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Opera Cloud preferred), ability to multitask under pressure, strong communication and presentation skills, and a guest-focused attitude to ensure a positive guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience in a Hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office and preferably in Opera Cloud
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and provide solution-focused service
- Strong communication skills and presentation
- Genuine customer service focus and commitment to guest satisfaction
