Job Summary
Guest Service Agent at Novotel Singapore Robertson Quay providing front-desk support, check-in/check-out, cashiering, and guest information management. Responsible for welcoming guests, recognizing repeat and VIP guests, coordinating with departments to fulfill requests, handling complaints tactfully, managing guest communications, maintaining guest privacy, monitoring in-house credits, and alerting security or management of any suspicious activity. Requires hospitality experience, English proficiency, strong communication, and a customer-focused, professional demeanor. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Computer literacy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Customer-oriented and professional attitude with outstanding communication abilities
