Job Summary
Greet guests by name, answer departmental phones within four rings, and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. Maintain complete knowledge of hotel features, room rates, and VIP details while assisting the Front Office team with check-in and check-out procedures. Monitor communication logs, execute concierge requests, and adhere to cash handling policies and grooming standards. Work all shifts, including overnight, while complying with safety guidelines and departmental rules.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
- Ability to fluently comprehend and speak English
- Must be customer-service centric
- Must have excellent hospitality skills
- Must maintain availability to work all shifts, including overnight
- Must comply with hotel grooming standards
- Must comply with hotel attendance policy
- Must comply with hotel service and behavioral standards
- Must be able to utilize computer software and hardware required
- Must be able to easily maneuver on computer keyboard
- Must be able to learn, utilize and communicate effectively via company issued communication devices
Desired Qualifications
- Some college or college degree
- Previous customer-facing experience with a Lifestyle/Luxury brand
