Job Summary
Guest Service Agent – Night at Four Seasons Danieli Venice. Welcome guests during night operations, provide room escorting, handle guest interactions across multiple channels, and coordinate reservations and concierge-style support to deliver intuitive luxury service. The role requires excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, fluency in English and Italian, ability to work night shifts and weekends/holidays, and a strong guest-centric mindset to create personalized experiences aligned with Four Seasons standards. Availability to support overnight operations and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest journeys and high guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment (preferred)
