Job Summary
Guest Service Agent / Night Auditor handles front desk operations and overnight auditing at Sierra Grande, delivering personalized guest service from arrival to departure while ensuring accurate nightly financial reporting. Responsibilities include check-in/check-out coordination, greeting guests, assisting with luggage, room/property tours, coordinating wake-up calls and reservations, room inspections, processing spa/retail/room charges, addressing guest inquiries, and maintaining front desk cleanliness. Nightly audit procedures, verification of daily transactions, folio reconciliation, processing authorizations and payments, and cash handling are included, along with maintaining operational records and supporting property operations. Strong communication, hospitality experience, and flexibility for overnight shifts (approximately 10:00 PM–6:00 AM) are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Overnight availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
