Job Summary
Guest Service Agent responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with check-ins/outs, providing local recommendations, and maintaining high levels of service excellence across hotel operations. Role involves handling reservations, communicating with guests and team members via multiple channels, and utilizing property management systems to ensure accurate scheduling and seamless guest experiences. Rotating shifts across early morning to late evening, with weekend availability; compensation is hourly with higher weekend rates. Must deliver warm, proactive, and personalised guest experiences while upholding Minor Hotels’ service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated background in delivering high-quality service within a hotel, hospitality, or customer-facing environment.
- Ability to articulate information clearly and effectively across various mediums (in-person, phone, email).
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts.
- Polished, professional presentation aligned with organisational standards.
