Job Summary
Provide guest service at Marriott Waikiki, including check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, processing payments, issuing and securing room keys, relaying messages, and handling wake-up calls. Generate and review daily reports, maintain cashier and closing reports, manage guest requests and problems, and assist guests with directions and information on property amenities and local areas of interest. Ensure professional language and appearance, comply with company policies, protect assets, and support team goals. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
