Job Summary
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the friendly face and warm welcome that sets the tone for guests' stay, handling check-in to check-out, promoting hotel amenities, managing reservations and guest accounts, and sharing knowledge of local attractions. You will communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, collaborate with teams or work independently, and multi-task under pressure while maintaining strong organizational and time management skills. Availability for a variety of shifts including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays is required.
