Job Summary
Serve as the welcoming face at the Drury Hotels front desk, performing front desk tasks (check-in/check-out, promoting programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling) and assisting with breakfast and Kickback service while delivering courteous, efficient, and professional guest experiences. Requires friendly, organized communication, multitasking ability, and comfort with money handling; job includes potential guest services duties such as food prep, setup, and guest service support in a hospitality-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Warm and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and the public
- Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks
- Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines
- Ability to speak and receive direction in English (written and verbal)
