Guest Service Agent

Assist guests with check-in/check-out, handle reservations and cancellations, and operate the telephone system for internal and external calls. Complete reports on occupancy and payments, verify cash and credit card authorizations, and coordinate with housekeeping on room status. Resolve guest complaints using the Guest Service Recovery method, finish end-of-shift reports and deposits, and report safety or security concerns. Maintain an organized work area and perform other duties as directed. Availability includes weekends, holidays, and possible overtime with alternating shifts.
