Guest Service Agent

Greet, register, and service guests in a friendly and courteous manner according to hotel and sustainability standards. Immediately assist with needs, assign rooms, establish payment methods, verify credit, and make reservations. Compute bills, collect payments, make change, transmit messages, and respond to requests while resolving complaints or elevating issues to supervisors. Secure valuables in safes, perform bookkeeping activities, and monitor guest satisfaction scores. Practice safe work habits, wear protective equipment, and follow OSHA standards. Assist in the breakfast area or handle luggage during peak periods. Perform other duties as requested by management. This role supports HHM Hotels' mission of hearts that serve and offers a growth path to Front Desk Supervisor or Sales Manager positions.
