Job Summary
Greet, register, and service guests while managing reservations, payments, and billing. Transmit messages, resolve complaints, and secure valuables in hotel safes. Perform bookkeeping activities, balance accounts, and conduct audits. Assist in the breakfast area or handle luggage during peak periods. Maintain guest satisfaction scores and follow safety standards. Work varying shifts including holidays and weekends with full-time or part-time options. Required Qualifications
