Job Summary
Guest Service Agent responsible for front desk duties and guest experience at Marriott International in Salzburg: perform check-in/check-out, answer телефон, upsell rooms and restaurant covers, manage trace reports, daily concierge tasks (tickets, directions, restaurant recommendations/reservations, taxi orders, guest requests like copying/faxing, routing messages), maintain and update guest profiles in GXP Empower, document guest inquiries and complaints in management systems, take and relay room service orders, upsell room categories and room-service items, complete the Guest Experience checklist, handle guest complaints, and accept reservations in the absence of the reservations department. Requires a charming, professional, service-oriented personality fluent in German and proficient English, with independence, flexibility, and strong teamwork in a representative hospitality environment.
