Join our team as a Guest Service Agent, the primary point of contact for hotel guests during arrivals and departures, responsible for check-in, check-out and providing top-notch customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of guest-facing and interaction experience in a hotel setting or hospitality-related business environment
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite software
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Ability to pass a full background check
