Job Summary
Guest Service Agent responsible for welcoming guests, registering and assigning rooms, handling reservations and guest arrivals, processing charges, upselling rooms and services, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, and ensuring a tidy, safe lobby environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent English communication, strong organizational and administrative skills, familiarity with computerized systems, and flexible availability including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient with computerized systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of guest service and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations
- Availability to work day, evening and night shifts any day of the week including weekends and holidays
