Guest Service Agent (Full Time) - Night Auditor

Manage nightly guest registration, check-outs, and payment verification while maintaining accurate account balances and daily floats. Process income postings, audit charges across departments, and run the nightly computer sequence to reset systems for the next day. Resolve guest complaints immediately, coordinate information with Front Office and Executive departments, and execute emergency procedures for fire, power failures, or severe weather. Submit credit card deposits and process city ledger work to accounting. Provide next-day reports to relevant departments as required.
