Job Summary
The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing outstanding customer service by greeting, registering, and checking guests out of the hotel. Key responsibilities include managing guest check-in and check-out, handling various payment methods, resolving guest inquiries and complaints, and delivering a high standard of service. Candidates must have experience in guest service, preferably in a hotel, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively in a busy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Must have guest service experience preferably in a hotel setting
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to effectively communicate in English with supervisor, fellow employees and guests
