Guest Service Agent - Full Time

Job Summary
Ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival, create and deliver amenity packages, answer phones, and book reservations. Assist guests with arrival and departure while maintaining the grounds and Mansion cleanliness. Provide transportation in the vintage electric buggy and support any property needs as required. Work 3-5 days weekly between 7am and 11pm, including overnight shifts, nights, and weekends. This year-round position at the historic Lake Geneva Maxwell Mansion requires a valid US driver's license and beverage operator's license, with reimbursement for the latter if needed. Prior hospitality experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must work nights and weekends
- Must be able to lift more than 50 lbs
- Must be a self-starter
- Must be able to work alone
- Must be a step ahead of your managers and guests needs
- Must have a valid US drivers license
- Must have or will obtain beverage operators license from the City of Lake Geneva
Desired Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience working guest services/front desk is preferred
