Required Qualifications

- Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines in day-to-day activities
- Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal) in English
- Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled
- Front desk duties such as checking guests in and out
- Promoting company programs; maintaining guest records; cash handling; monitoring guest satisfaction; problem resolution
- Assisting with breakfast and Kickback service (food preparation, setup, guest service, clean-up)
- Representing the Drury culture with integrity, service, and hospitality
- Ability to provide courteous, friendly, guest service with a positive attitude
