Job Summary
Serve as the happy, helpful face of the hotel, ensuring exceptional experiences for guests. Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, cash handling, monitoring guest satisfaction, and problem resolution. Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, including food preparation, setup, guest service, and cleanup. Ideal candidates will possess a warm manner, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
