Job Summary
Front desk role at Drury Hotels in Chattanooga, TN responsible for checking guests in/out, promoting hotel programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, monitoring guest satisfaction, and assisting with breakfast and Kickback service (host/bartender tasks as needed). Deliver courteous, friendly service with a +1 service attitude to ensure exceptional guest experiences and reflect the Drury hospitality standard across the team. Emphasizes a warm, organized, detail-oriented approach, ability to handle multiple tasks, and effective English communication in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Required Qualifications
- Warm and friendly demeanor when relating to the public
- Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines in day-to-day activities
- Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal) in English
- Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled
- Front desk responsibilities including checking guests in and out, promoting programs, maintaining guest records, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Ability to assist with breakfast and Kickback service (food preparation, setup, guest service, and cleanup)
- Strong integrity and hospitality mindset to promote the Drury culture
