Guest Service Agent- Driver

Greet, register, and service guests in a friendly and courteous manner according to hotel and sustainability standards. Immediately assist guests with needs, make and confirm reservations, and compute bills while collecting payments and making change. Transmit and receive messages via telephone or PMS system, respond to requests timely, and resolve complaints by elevating to a supervisor when necessary. Secure valuables in hotel safes or safe-deposit boxes, perform bookkeeping activities including balancing accounts and audits, and assist in the breakfast area or with luggage during peak periods. Follow safe work habits, wear protective equipment, and adhere to MSDS and OSHA standards. Work varying schedules including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
