Provide information to guests regarding hotel policies, services, and amenities while responding to local area requests and selling rooms to walk-in customers. Enter or change reservation information, post charges, and process payments, making necessary corrections to guest accounts. Inform housekeeping of room status, listen to complaints, operate the switchboard, clean the front desk, and maintain daily logs. Balance shift work and cash drawers.
