Job Summary
Responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel, handling payments, maintaining documentation, and providing superior customer service. Must resolve escalated guest relations issues, answer inquiries about hotel services, and ensure guest privacy is maintained. The role also requires maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby and front desk, compiling reports, and reporting any maintenance or security issues.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous front desk experience highly preferred
- Prior experience using Windows-based software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook highly preferred
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work well and collaborate with others
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
