Job Summary
Guest Experience Expert delivers guest services during stay, guiding guests through their experience with a focus on check-in/check-out and overall hospitality. Responsibilities include addressing guest requests, processing operational needs, completing reports, and sharing highlights of the local area. The role requires staying on feet for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying up to 10 pounds. Must be able to communicate in Chinese.
