Job Summary
Guest Service Agent at the front desk greets and registers guests, handles check-ins/check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner, collects necessary reservation information, answers inquiries about hotel services and hours, and maintains knowledge of rates, packages, promotions, property amenities, local attractions, and events. Responsibilities include operating the front desk computer system, receiving and distributing packages and messages, delivering guest items as needed, assisting with emergency procedures, and supporting coworkers to maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the hotel.
