Job Summary
Conduct check-in and check-out processes while promoting hotel amenities and sharing local neighborhood recommendations. Manage guest accounts and reservations accurately, acting as the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries. Collaborate with colleagues to resolve challenges and ensure cohesive service delivery throughout the stay. This role requires previous front desk experience and proficiency in multi-tasking under pressure. You will work a variety of shifts including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays.
