Job Summary

Guest Service Agent (Receptionist) is the front liner under Front Office, overseeing all aspects of guest relations to achieve high guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include anticipating guest needs, handling inquiries with attentive service, possessing full knowledge of hotel products (rooms, rates, outlets, spa/health club, and promotions), taking personal responsibility for service quality, following up on guest satisfaction issues, being proactive and innovative to meet guest needs, and maintaining harmonious relationships with all hotel departments. Requirements include Malaysian work eligibility, a High School diploma or equivalent, passion for excellent service, strong teamwork and communication skills, and fluency in English (additional languages a plus). Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; in-person work arrangement.
