Job Summary
Provide a warm and friendly reception to guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process while addressing inquiries. Maintain clear communication with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders across in-person, phone, and email channels. Oversee accurate processing of guest reservations and special requests using property management systems to ensure seamless scheduling and availability. Act as a primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, offering prompt assistance, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience. Minimum 1 year experience in hotel/resort operations; English proficiency; strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; focus on guest satisfaction; team-oriented and customer-service driven.
